Integris Credit Union's new website won both the the Mobile Best Award and the Marketing Association of Canada's AIM Award for best Credit Union mobile website.
We don't do what we do for awards, but its still great winning them.
Integris Credit Union (Integris CU) has always been successful in focusing their efforts to improving the well-being of their Members, Staff and Communities. They’ve adopted new policies, strategies, services and technologies to ensure continuous improvement and best in class services for its clients. Integris CU recognized that in order to continue these tenants, and to expand their current customer base, they had to develop a better digital engagement strategy and online home.
Agenda Marketing assisted Integris in developing a strategic plan to fully understand the following:
- Clear definition of business goals and objectives
- Clear definition of targeted audience / personas
- List of typical PAINS for which each persona would seek solutions
- Clear definition of areas of profitability for the purpose of the conversion focus
- Site Structure and Site Map recommendations
- List of conversion goals (i.e. request consultation, request a quote, call me back, instant online chat, staff showcase, community involvement, download resource, sign up for newsletter, download coupon, watch our video, like us on FB, etc.)
- Functional descriptions / definition of required functionalities
- Site structure and a site map
- Data flow diagrams
